Q. Where in France are you located?
A. We are in Normandy, Department 53. Near to Fougeres. If you type in '53220, Larchamp' into Multimap or your Sat. Nav. you will find us very easily. We will send you a detailed map and instructions when we confirm your booking.

Q. What will my camper be like to drive?
A. All campers seem to have a character of their own. They're not rocket ships but they do purr along very nicely. If you stick to around 60-65mph they are quiet and relaxing to drive. They also use much less fuel. You are positioned much higher up than a standard saloon car so you get to see more of your surroundings.

Q. Am I limited to how many kilometres I do?
A. No. Many of the hire companies have limits on distance. We believe however, that having to watch the odometer to see if your holiday is going to cost you more money is not conducive to a relaxing holiday, so we don't!

Q. Is there a stereo in the Camper?
A. Yes. There is a CD/Radio fitted with an IPod connection so you can travel to your own tunes.

Q. What do the campers have inside?
A. Please refer to the 'Meet the Campers' and 'Tariffs & Options ' pages to see what is standard and what extras there are to enhance your trip.

Q. Are there seat belts fitted to the Campers?
A. Yes. Both campers have two Inertia Belts fitted for the front driver and passenger seats. Olive has two fitted for the forward facing rear seats, Coral has three.

Q. If I come in my car can I leave it with you?
A. Yes.

Q. Is there bedding provided?
A. You are welcome to bring your own bedding but if you prefer, for a small charge, we can supply you with either sleeping bags or a quilt together with a pillows. 'Tariffs & Options '

Q. What are the dimensions of the Camper?
A. Length - 4.6m (approx 15ft). Width - 1.6m (approx 5ft). Height - 1.95m (approx 6ft 5in)

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. There is a non-refundable booking fee. This is payable at the time you make your booking. We ask also for a security deposit of £ 750 that will be returned to you after your holiday, providing the Camper is returned to us in the same condition as when you collected it.

Q. What happens if I return late?
A. We will give you one hour's grace. However, if you are any later than that we charge £ 25.00 for every new hour that you have not returned. This is because we have limited time to prepare the vehicle for the next customer.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We will accept Direct Bank Transfer, Travellers cheques, Cash, PayPal, or a Cleared Personal Cheque.

Q. How many people can I sleep in my Camper?
A. You can comfortably sleep two adults in the elevating roof and two adults/three children on the 'Rock'n'sRoll bed. There is also a hammock which fits sideways across the front of the Camper (see photos) 'Meet The Campers'

Q. What are the Insurance restrictions?
A. There is a minimum age limit of 25 for drivers. It is beneficial to have held a full driving licence for seven years with no claims in the last 3. If you do not fit these criteria, don't worry, we may still be able to find a solution.

Q. Can an extra driver be added?
A. Yes. Providing the drivers details are all recorded beforehand and their license is produced. If the extra driver has maximum no claims and no accidents or convictions he/she can be added at no extra charge.

Q. What is the fuel consumption?
A. It all depends how you drive them. We would recommend that you drive with alight foot as hard driving will result in a return of something like 18mpg and the possibility of a breakdown. If you drive more steadily, which is going to be more conducive to having a relaxing holiday, you can achieve around 25mpg.

Q. What happens if I break down?
A. You are unlikely to breakdown as we lovingly service our vehicles every 3000 miles or so to keep them in tip-top working order. In the unlikely event that you do breakdown, cover is included within your insurance. For full details of what happens if you breakdown please read the 'Terms and Conditions' section.

Q. Can I bring my pet/s?
A. No we are very sorry but we must respect all other future hirers.

Q. What happens if I need to cancel?
A. If you have no choice but to cancel your hire period then charges will apply depending on how late you cancel. Please read the 'Terms and Conditions' section.
